2011 real estate compensation report due out May 11

Report features detailed charts, analyses of industry pay trends

On Wednesday, Inman News publishes its latest report on real estate compensation practices and trends, which features survey data on the impact of distressed properties on industry practitioners' bottom line. More than 1,000 real estate industry professionals participated in the survey, conducted in February and March.

For the first time, the survey gathered detailed information about compensation practices related to short sales and bank-owned properties, also known as real estate owned properties or REOs.

Inman News will publicly release portions of the report -- including detailed charts and analyses -- on its website. Watch www.inman.com for the report's release. A full version of the report, plus a version that includes some raw survey data and full reports from earlier surveys conducted in 2006 and 2009, will be available as paid downloads.
